Excellent moment of relaxation for parents and entertainment for children thanks to the games room

I went to dinner with my family, there were 13 of us with 4 children. The children's play area is very useful and well located. With the children's menu you can access freely otherwise you just need to pay €5 extra to let them in... that's fine. Too bad it was cold in the room. We arrived at 7.15pm and it was cold and remained there until the end of dinner around 9pm. Disappointed because once we informed the waitress, she replied that the hot air comes out of the ceiling at a specific point. This is not the answer to a customer. If you have no other way of heating it we say: "sorry but we only have this way of heating". However, it is not suitable for a place to host children. Furthermore, the first french fries as an appetizer were brought in the bowl without additional plates so they could be shared. Good pizzas, fried food needs to be improved a little as for the first half you can enjoy the frying while in the second half it doesn't lose its crunchiness.

I went to this place invited by friends. Sufficient pizzas. Children must pay the 15 euro menu to enter the play area. With the baby pizza for this price there aren't even chips. The waitress was visibly annoyed, a smile wouldn't have hurt.
