28/10/2025: Valmose Bene, Milan I had the pleasure of being invited to Valmose Bene for a business dinner, and what a wonderful experience it was. Tucked away in Milan, this restaurant captures everything you want from a truly memorable evening — relaxed, unpretentious, and effortlessly stylish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service attentive without ever being intrusive, and the food… simply excellent. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. 20/10/2025: Good wine. Great local selection by bottle. Besides the main dishes, we were very happy with two very nice artichoke dishes! All reasonably priced!
