I just had breakfast at this wonderful place in the village of Castelmezzano. The croissant and coffee were excellent (I should point out that I'm from Campania), and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent Coffee. Sunday 25-05-25, after having parked the car in the parking lot below, (what a pain to go up then), we stopped for a coffee break at this bar located right in the center on Via Vittorio Emanuele a few steps from the panoramic terrace. We had a croissant and two very good, exceptional coffees, complimenting the owner because it is rare to have a good Neapolitan coffee in other places other than Naples. We compliment you for the friendliness and for the excellent coffee. The bar has clean bathrooms (used by us) and tables next to a beautiful arch where there is the real mountain of the Lucanian Dolomites, see attached photo. Highly recommended to stop. 11/10/2025: Please God, protect this business so it gets even busier and may the owner and employees prosper 😭😭😭😭 They have been selling their pasta at a stable price since the beginning, only 5 euros. There are two menu options: with pork and without pork. The style is to order and then eat while standing. The shop is cute and they also sell dry pasta. Their pasta is very delicious 🤤
10/10/2025: Excellent, we went for the first time, we will definitely be back, we enjoyed the vegetarian fettuccine with mushrooms and gnocchi with sausage sauce, all well seasoned, obviously takeaway, even if we had lunch in a free and comfortable corner standing, €5 per portion, highly recommended

27/09/2025: The arrosticini are excellent, with various cooking methods. The rest is just unnecessary frills, although I was served some excellent cavatelli with cruschi peppers off the menu. On the other hand, the bruschetta was unacceptable, burnt, and poorly garnished. The prices are excellent. Again, stick to the house specialty and little else.
14/09/2025: EVERYONE should come here!! The best thing I've ever eaten: Arrosticini Angus, castrato, and a chocolate bar, which is their own product ♥️🥰 I love this place and want to cry that I live 2,076 km away 😭. I envy the locals! Very friendly and wonderful service!
