Everything was perfect, delicious food, spectacular granita.

I discovered this bar by chance. While having breakfast one morning, I smelled the immense, pleasant aroma of arancini and panzerotti that were to die for! Now every year on vacation, it's my first and last stop! Congratulations to everyone, also for their politeness and kindness... unfortunately, very hard to find in Sicily...always sullen and listless! I recommend this bar to everyone! My compliments again 🍾

Great place. 3 arancini and a panzerotto (very, very good), 1 water and 1 beer for €10. The sea at Gliaca is beautiful.

I always go with the fault on Saturdays to eat the arancini, they are the best, the calzones are the best, the pistachio one and the pizza, the capricciosa one and the puff pastry with spinach

Among the best calzones and arancini I've ever eaten. The staff is incredibly friendly and young. It's a great success every year.

Spectacular arancini! The real ones! With ragù, but with tender shredded meat, just like the original recipe! Even in the pistachio version, taking them with you to the beach will make your vacation even more Sicilian!

We were in Gliaca di Piraino for the festival and were looking for a place to eat some good rustici. Spurred on by the reviews, we ended up at Rosticceria Caffarella. The place was packed, but we still managed to get a seat. We had to wait a bit because the rustici we'd ordered weren't ready yet. In the end, we ordered two arancini, two pitoni (one with ham and mozzarella, the other with vegetables), and three pieces of focaccia (one with French fries and two with vegetables and fresh tomato). Unfortunately, we didn't like the arancini: the rice was overcooked and the inside was rather dry. The pitoni, however, were a different story: truly excellent. The dough was light, not at all greasy, and the filling was plentiful and stringy, both in the cheese and vegetable versions. The focaccia was also very good: soft, well-leavened, full of toppings, and with a balanced flavor. The staff was friendly and the bill was very fair: for six pieces of rotisserie and a 1.5-liter bottle of water, we paid €15.50. Truly excellent value for money.
