Bar Sensi In Assisi

I visited Pasticceria Sensi in Assisi and unfortunately had an unpleasant surprise. A "rocciata di Assisi," a croissant, and a piece of plain pastry cost me €9.00. My greatest disappointment isn't the quality, which I actually believe to be very high, but the final price and the lack of transparency. I noticed that the prices weren't displayed. The asking price didn't seem justified given the type and quantity of products purchased. I believe that practices such as the lack of price display and the perception of tourists as a source of easy money ("chicken to pluck") damage the image of the artisanal sector and don't at all reflect the welcoming spirit of a city like Assisi. It's a real shame that such an excellent quality product is accompanied by such a poor purchasing experience in terms of fairness and transparency.

Deliciously not to be missed: you'll be spoiled for choice with exquisitely prepared sweet and savoury options, all enjoyed with a splendid view!

Excellent pastries, but the savory treats are also excellent. The owner works with his hands, his mind, and his heart! Something that's unfortunately not a given these days. If you're passing through Assisi, stop by! It's centrally located yet incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing for a few minutes before continuing your tour of this beautiful town.

Lovely welcome, I had a delicious spinach, mozzarella, tomato sandwich and a cedrata with frizzante water, very thirst-quenching, after a lovely stop on the way to Saint-Francois from ValFabbricca.

Maravilhosa rocciata! Divina!! Foi tão boa que compramos para levar para casa!! Não tem como ir a Assis e não passar nessa pasticceria!

Sono entrata per caso in questo locale, ho mangiato una pizza ed ho preso un cannolo alla ricotta che ho mangiato poi ed era tutto delizioso e devo dire che il personale è stato gentilissimo
