A bit confusing, but you pay first, then go to “order” your food at the counter after. When it wasn’t busy, staff was friendly, but could see it becoming very confusing during peak hours.
The sandwiches were pretty good, but not amazing. Similarly, the americano was tasty, but seemed to be watered down compared to other places. Not worth a detour to come here, but if it’s on your way, it’s a solid option to get some food for take away

Very good coffee, decent pastries. Unbeatable location with views of the cathedral. A waitress was furious at another waiter, yelling at him in front of customers. Unpleasant.

It's right across from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, so it's usually very busy. We went at 6 p.m., and there was no bread left. The coffee is decent, neither excellent nor bad. The best thing is the service: the servers are very friendly.
