I had breakfast on June 25th, my wife and I (I live in Abruzzo) had a great time and I wanted to praise Mr. IVAN because he served us breakfast in an exceptional way with a lot of education and courtesy.

Ivan and Federica top barmen and barwomen. Just a coffee and lots of joy, friendliness and juggling as a professional cocktail-barman. After visiting the Estense fortress and/or the cathedral of Ferrara, a stop at the Santos Caffè bar is a must

From the first moment she welcomed us with a beautiful smile, making me and my friend feel truly welcome. She was always very careful to satisfy our every request with courtesy and great efficiency You can see that she loves her job and that she has a natural predisposition to contact with the public. The waiter who served us was very nice. We ordered a cappuccino and both received a cookie, the food also came very quickly and was very tasty. Great portions and prices!
