One of Palermo's most authentic bars. A place to refresh the palate and the mind. Everything is five-star: the products, the staff, the courtesy. In my opinion, it also has untapped potential in terms of appeal given the space and location available. Exceptional.

I know it mostly for the deli, which is always excellent! The place is a bit old-fashioned... it could use a makeover. The service, even at the outdoor tables, is nonexistent. And the bar staff are often not particularly friendly. Advice: Get the deli and go outside!!

A gem. Fascinatingly good food, and clearly very popular. No one speaks English and everything is done the old fashioned way with payment in one place and ordering in another. Incomprehensible to a foreigner. The boss is floating on the outside.

Excellent bar with many Sicilian specialties from the rotisserie and pastry shops, and with the possibility of sitting outside to eat. It's a shame that many tourists, especially after eating, leave the pigsty both on the tables and on the floor, despite there being bins a short distance away.

Small restaurant/snack bar with friendly staff.
Everything tastes very good.
The prices are very reasonable for the food on offer.
It's a bit outside of the city center, but definitely worth a visit.

The products are all good. Pastries, delis, and ice cream. The service is a bit lacking in terms of customer service and promptness. The coffee is good or bad depending on the bartender making it. The place is well-located and has become part of the city's history.

It's a historic bar in Palermo, with excellent pastries and deli food. It's lost some of its luster over time, but it's still a place Palermitans know well. It needs to be revitalized with new offerings and specials.
