There are times when the location matters almost as much as what you drink or eat. And this is the case here. The establishment is magnificently located in front of a grove of trees with tables—all occupied—plus a terrace and, of course, an indoor dining room. We sat on the terrace enjoying the magnificent views and ordered some food, which was just average, and some magnificent ice cream sundaes that were very good. But enjoying the views and the people strolling by gave us a plus.

Sanremo Bar in Bellagio is a budget-friendly spot with a nice bonus — complimentary snacks with your drinks, which is always appreciated. The prices are very reasonable, especially given the touristy location. However, the service could use some improvement. It wasn’t particularly warm, and there were moments where quicker attention would have made the experience more enjoyable. Still, it’s a decent place to sit back and enjoy a casual drink by the lake.

Great view, but you immediately smell the diesel as the ferries dock. There are always many people, the tables are very close to each other. We waited 25 minutes for coffee. Coffee prices are a little higher than usual.

The outdoor tables are in a top position!! Lake front. So beautiful. The interior could do with a restyling, but I noticed that more or less the local bars are all so... old... However, good waiters and I repeat, excellent location!!

We enjoyed apertivo at this location! We ordered drinks and it came with chips, pastries and olives. Great people watching along the waterfront.

Open early, which is a bonus at Bellagio. Extensive menu variety and a beautiful, uninterrupted lake view. Plenty of seating and service is pretty quick. Worth a visit and they do takeaway!!

La posizione di questa caffetteria è davvero ottima. Il locale all'interno un po' troppo buio. Molti tavolini all'esterno che ti permettono di gustare un caffè ammirando il meraviglioso lago di Como Personale gentile e disponibile Caffetteria normale senza lode ne infamie

Il locale all interno ha un’atmosfera molto storica, mentre fuori c è un bel dehor lungo lago, quindi la location è molto bella Abbiamo preso due caffe e un paio di fette di dolce; dolci senza infamia e senza lode. Purtroppo anche qui hanno preso la moda milanese di chiederti di pagare tutto subito non appena ti appoggiano il caffe sul tavolo… che ansia!

07/01/2025: Il Locale è una tipica trattoria (fuori come dentro) con due sale interne (separate), un lungo bancone e tavolini all’aperto nella bella stagione. La scelta e abbastanza turistico ma con buona proposta di piatti sia locali (pizzoccheri, gnocchetti di Chiavenna) che cucina classica italiana (spaghetti alle cozze, grigliata di pesce, lasagne) e inoltre offre una vasta scelta di pizze. La gestione e familiare e il personale molto cortese. Apprezzato dai turisti il fatto che parte del personale parla inglese, tedesco, spagnolo e francese ed è frequentato anche dai locali a conferma della qualità del cibo. Prezzi in linea, tenendo conto che siamo sul lago di Como. Consigliato.
16/10/2024: Un pequeño restaurante agradable y acogedor que sirve una gran variedad de platos italianos. Ya sea que se trate de sus opciones de pasta o su famoso escalope de ternera todo estaba delicioso. Sin duda merece la pena una visita cuando en Menaggio.

18/05/2025: What a beautiful experience in this very original and particular naive restaurant, starting from the environment that is a feast for the eyes with the tropical chic but refined style furniture and then the truly excellent cocktails prepared by Max the owner that open the way to the appetizers and lunch The platter of cold cuts and cheeses a real delicacy all flavored with spices and aromas and purchased directly from niche producers Famous for the Florentine steaks and the first courses all of excellent quality I visited a fantastic suite where you can stay overnight with all the comforts and a film set decor If you want an original experience you have to come by here And Max is truly a great character that you would listen to for hours A warm greeting to his dear mother and his partner who kept us company chatting
