I'll start with the atmosphere, because it's spectacular both inside and out. Located in the square, it offers a stunning view of the town center. The service is excellent; both the bartenders and waiters are incredibly friendly. The food is what it is...it's not made by God, but it's not horrible either; I'd say it's acceptable.

The best in the Lower Reggio Emilia area

In the square of Novellara, under the arcades, we find this bar ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs. The outdoor area under the arcades is beautiful. 🥐🥂🍾🍵

Lounge bar very trendy among young people

Quick lunch, an excellent caprese Even though the bar was crowded for lunch time, I was served quickly and very friendly. One of the best salads I have eaten. A really good staff.

Local historian of the lower Reggio area

Always very popular, at the Bar Roma you can find traditional aperitifs, such as Spritz and Campari, but there are also more elaborate cocktails and bottles of wine of all kinds by the glass. We also ordered breadsticks and bruschetta and I think the value for money is very good. Some local products are present, such as Aceto and Saba from the San Giacomo vinegar factory.

I'll definitely come back. I recommend it
