Beautiful setting, very friendly staff, excellent food, fast service, more than fair price for a refuge (coffee costs 1 euro, in Champorcher 1.30!). What more could you want? Well done!!

Simple excursion in Val d'Aosta starting from Champorcher which gives its name to the valley of the same name. The climb is constant but easy and the destination of the Muffe' refuge offers a glimpse of satisfaction for the palate too. It is located at 2050 meters near the lake and in an hour you reach the Piana peak at 2500 meters just to keep your muscles trained. Lunch and the courtesy of the managers exceeded all expectations. To keep in mind!!

After a snowshoe hike on a splendid sunny day, you get hungry and this refuge fully meets your expectations.

It is a small and beautiful refuge, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The people who run it are wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. I hope to return.

I fell in love with this place in the summer. It thrilled me in the winter. Friendly, efficient and fast service. The very nice waitress is very helpful. The food was excellent. Little variety, you can tell from the place and you don't even expect more, in fact it's an advantage, but of excellent quality. Very fair prices. Place .... wow. 100% worth going there in both summer and winter
