The pizzas are delicious, thanks to the dough and the wide selection! It's a very popular place, with friendly and professional waitresses. I've only been there once, but I'll be back! The pizzeria's aesthetic is simple but charming, with some particularly colorful paintings that are a great way to decorate the space.

It's time to edit my original review after yet another satisfying experience at Su Stabi. My wife and I usually come here for their pizza, but this time sampled their seafood dishes. We were a party of 4, as we had lunch with a couple of friends and shared clams with artichokes and bottarga, orziadas fritters, spaghetti with lobster in a creamy fresh tomato sauce and homemade fish dumplings in a mussels' sauce. We finished off our meal with a grilled cuttlefish that was cooked to perfection. The food was incredibly good and satisfying, not surprisingly, since they are always very attentive to quality, and served with the right timing. A special praise goes to their staff, who's very professional yet sufficiently laid-back to make you feel at ease, like if you were at home. They provide recommendations and suggestions on what to eat and ensure you get a flawless experience. A place to visit regularly. Very good pizza and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Extremely kind and professional staff, a welcoming and refined atmosphere, and absolutely reasonable prices. But the real star is the pizza: one of the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly leavened dough, light and easy to digest, flavorful and high-quality sauce, and generous and well-balanced toppings. The choice of grain-based dough is also excellent. We returned for lunch and were even more impressed: excellent appetizers, first and second courses prepared with attention to detail, and homemade desserts that round out the meal in style. The outdoor wood-fired meat oven is an incredible added value, as is the covered and heated outdoor dining area. A place that captivates and makes you want to return... often!
