A truly charming place, nestled in a magnificent mountain village. The waiters were always friendly and helpful. For the quality of the food, we paid practically nothing. I was so satisfied that I returned the next day.

We found this place somewhat by accident. If you're tired of wandering around hotels and restaurants, spending a fortune on a bad sliced ​​turkey breast with mashed potatoes, and the inhospitality, this is the place for you. Rustic, a little smoky, the food is good, the service excellent, and the young woman who welcomed us was very nice, helpful, and kind. Overall, it has a rustic, homey feel and the food is delicious. They also have pizzas. I got a covaccino to use as bread: Excellent. I recommend you try it, and I think you'll agree with me; if you do, just like this comment.

Even though the kitchen was closing, they kindly welcomed us. The charcuterie and cheese platter and ravioli with ragù were delicious.

The atmosphere is nice, but it's a shame the pizza isn't special. I haven't tried anything else, so I don't know what the restaurant is like.

I recently visited this restaurant in the center of Fiumalbo and had a simply fantastic experience. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, everything contributed to making the evening special. The menu offers a carefully curated selection of Tuscan dishes, made with fresh ingredients, and the flavors matched the appearance. I especially recommend the crostini. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The Chianti wine is excellent. The quality/price ratio was absolutely right for the overall experience. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Tuscan cuisine. Kudos to all the staff!

If you want to have a fun evening, go to Fiaschetteria. The pizza chef yells and shouts, but it's all part of his way of joking with customers. The pizza is very easy to digest...I recommend it.
