Excellent pizza in a suggestive location.

Extremely slow both to take orders and to deliver pizza, even though the place was empty. Pizza too thin and very little seasoning. Nice to sit in the alley. Medium-high prices.

The best pizza in Bolsena. Incredibly thin but crispy with fresh vegatables and charcuterie on top. Pizza and not only :) tasty pasta, bruschetta and meat. Plus selection of local amari to complete the meal :) Everything served by nice people with a smile. Restaurant located in calm area in Bolsena, right next to the Rocca that added to the ambiance. We have enjoyed great diner several times there and we plan to come back again.

The place is hidden somehow in the town, as it is off the via Cavour, higher (through a steep climb - we are there in an arrangement of a down built to defend itself)) close to the castle, where few tourists dare. However , I found the climb very rewarding, finding (and later returning several times during the 2 weeks stay in the Lago di Bolsena region) with 50 Special Al Castello an extremely pleasant place, both for served food as well, as quality of service. I stuck with the wonderfull pizzas - thin but cracking despite the tasty sauces (the pizzaerio is a treasure!) and sampling several starters, but my companions can tell more (praising) the other available dishes including several fritturas mista and other dishes both meat and fish (both lake as sea). I would like to praise Lorenzo, the trattoria manager, but also other members of the serving staff for attention and most flexibility (we had with us one heavy lactoze, mushrooms and eggs resticted quest!).

Nonostante abbiamo mangiato su una strada in pendenza, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' per le pizze, credo che sia la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato...5 stelle più che meritate

Una delle pizze migliori che abbia mai mangiato, personale gentile, ambiente bellissimo situato in mezzo ai castelli. L'uniche pecche sono che si mangia in pendenza lungo la via e il numeroso tempo di cottura

Ho ordinato una pizza. Poi ne ho odinata un'altra. E ho detto tutto. Bravi. Ottima gestione. Location da sogno.

Ottime pappardelle ai funghi e tartufo, grezze, ruvide, buonissime!!!!!! Da leccarsi i baffi. Inseritele nel menu, sono davvero favolose 😊
