22/11/2025: We didn't try the food because we were just passing through, to be honest. We saw it on other tables and it looked fantastic. But the customer service was fantastic; the staff were incredibly friendly, letting us charge our phones and making us feel very comfortable. A 10 out of 10. 16/11/2025: The carbonara was quite acceptable with the standards around here. Better than some in fact. Good view too since I face the castle while eating. Like going to other places, always ask for what the coperto (cover charges) or tour charges, they will be printed on the menu somewhere. For this restaurant, it was on the last page. I already knew I’ll be paying 13.20 beforehand cuz 10% service charge and I prepared exact cash, hence payment was fuss-free
