Bar Ristorante Da Peppino In Serrara fontana

At lunchtime we take a siesta with Peppino in the shade of the large trees. Crickets chirp and the boss brings an espresso on a small tray across the street. This is followed by an Insalata Caprese and Bruschetta. Paradise is in Fontana.

A poor square invaded by tables to allow the restaurant to be able to cater. In the evening they only make pizzas and a few other things... The pizza was so-so. Nothing special, apart from the cool relief from the summer heat. Prices in line with what you will eat.

what can I say, friends suggested we eat the fountain loaf and they did very well exceptional!!!! Don't be fooled by plastic tables and chairs enjoy the freshness and the loaf

The ambience of the restaurant was really nice and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I have to say that the portions throughout Ischia are quite small and quite expensive. The food was tasty overall, especially the main courses, but unfortunately the fries tasted like cardboard. For €80 I would have expected a little more.

The best pasta I have eaten on this island, pleasant home service, a great place to gain strength after climbing the mountain.
