We were in the area visiting another town and read about Bar di Lisa on Trip Advisor so we decided to stop for lunch. Wow, what an amazing experience! Carla, the owner, was wonderful and a talented chef. When we asked about the menu, she told us what she was making that day - handmade gnocchi for "first course" then sausage for second course. Yes please! The wine, bread, cookies, caffe, "grappa" was amazing. My husband felt like he was in his Nonna's kitchen, everything was delicious. And the place got very crowded with the locals, always a good sign! Plus plenty of Americans! We highly recommend visiting this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!! Plus, Carla speaks perfect English!
