09/03/2025: Cozy place, very good sandwiches!!

09/03/2025: Qualitatively nothing to say. I ordered a salmon salad for home delivery consisting of Norwegian salmon tartare, mixed salad, dried figs, walnuts, green apple and artisan ricotta foam served with croutons and a Norwegian salmon sashimi served with mixed salad and croutons. All really excellent but I have a small consideration to make: I am extremely aware that the salad contains rocket which unfortunately doesn't drive me crazy, but I thought that with all the ingredients together it wouldn't be a problem. If it weren't for the fact that the quantity of rocket far exceeded the quantity of the rest of the lettuces, greatly covering the flavor of the fish and the other ingredients and making me waste a lot of time removing it. My advice is to moderate the quantity. It's probably the mixes in the bag but it was really too much. For the rest I can say really excellent
