I had been wanting to go there for a long time... Spaghetti with clams and bottarga... There was a lot of water and it tasted of little... Then I had a mixed fried food and I'm sorry to say it but it wasn't the best.... On the contrary, my partner had a grill and according to her it was very good... I gave five stars for the service because the young waitress and the dining room staff were always attentive and not intrusive...
The place is very characteristic and the bathrooms very clean despite the many customers.

Dinned here for a late Sunday lunch and it was packed! Waited 15mins for a table and another 15 mins before they took our order. Lots of dirty tables available, but so understaffed none of them got cleaned. All that aside, the food came out really quickly! And it was good! Tried the fresh fish and potatoes and the fried prawns and squid - both cooked very well. Would come back, but not on a weekend :)

Historic fish restaurant in Viareggio, located right at the end of the promenade at the corner of the beginning of the pier.
Over the years, while maintaining its typical features, the restaurant has partially renewed its menu with a cuisine always mainly based on seafood dishes. Excellent raw materials well paired and Bell plating. Precise, friendly and non-intrusive service. Balanced quality-price ratio also considering the town and location, perhaps a little more modernity would be needed in the furnishings but it's a matter of taste

A slightly retro atmosphere but this is also its charm, average food for a Sunday with a full crowd, good service
My husband and I had dinner on Saturday night and we ate really well and spent the right amount... in fact we went back the next evening! Excellent fish, excellent wine and excellent welcome! Thank you very much again and keep it up if we ever return to beautiful Viareggio we will be happy to come back to you

This restaurant is beautiful!!! Excellent service compliments to all the waiters they were very kind and helpful. We ate on Sunday evening after the carnival and it was all very good, right portions, fresh fish. The only small flaw but only because my daughter is a colossal pain in the ass, the pasta with clams was slightly spicy, obviously it should be said because some people don't like it (like her and me) and so she didn't want to eat it and her father who never holds back ate it! This is what should be communicated! Very good fried!! Hi thank you very much
