I may be biased because I know the manager from his previous business, but the goodness of the pizza in the pan is objective and indisputable.

On the menu (also online) the concept of pizza is well explained! It's delicious, the dough is light and cooked to perfection, well stuffed with real THIN mozzarella on top. It's as filling as a classic pizza and is even better! The environment is very nice, traditional, simple, homemade. It's nice to see places that haven't conformed to current modern and impersonal styles. Super recommended!

Excellent pizzas made in the pan, highly recommended also for the value for money. The only flaw is the length of the wait between the order and the arrival of the pizza. Considering this, I recommend it to everyone to enjoy an excellent pizza (different from the usual) but I recommend going there without rushing!

Entering this pizzeria is like taking a step back in time....and it's fantastic! The pizza is good especially for lovers of pan-fried pizza. The waiting times are a bit long but it's worth it. Staff courteous.

Ho letto le recensioni, spesso poco lusinghiere per questo locale, ma è certamente dovuto ad una questione di gusti personali! Io per esempio ne sono rimasta semplicemente entusiasta: non mangiavo una pizza così buona, credo, da 20 anni!!.Diciamo subito che la pizza è piccolina, alta e soffice ma così tanto farcita ( la mia ai 4 formaggi), che ti sazia, eccome!!....senza crosta e con quel retrogusto che, una volta a casa, sentivo ancora nel palato!🔝.... L' attesa? Sì, lunga ma non mi ha disturbato affatto. Si era nel giardinetto " retrò", si poteva chiaccherare tranquillamente, visto che non vedevo gli amici da un pezzo, c'era molto da raccontare.... nell' attesa ciotolina di cipolle fritte 😋. Quella dell' attesa è comunque motivato alla cassa con un biglietto! Il conto, tutto sommato, nella norma. Un plauso di dovere al pizzaiolo, che con quel caldo lavora per i clienti. C'è sempre da pensare " a cosa c'è dietro, a chi lavora per noi. La signora che serviva, il giovane ragazzo, una pizzeria che, con orgoglio, viene all' interno presentata come locale dal 1963...ed ancor prima come bar! Sinceramente consigliatissima e non vedo l'ora di poterci tornare! Per me 5 stelle tutte meritate!!
