A historic pizzeria in the center of Monteparano. I've been going there for years, and it's a must-try for the entire Taranto province. The quality hasn't changed in all these years. The pizzas are well-leavened and easy to digest, with top-quality ingredients and generous toppings—really, really! It's hard to find places like this where quality meets excellent value for money. Last night they really outdid themselves, just look at the photos! Thanks, Aldo, and thanks, Dino!

Incredible family own establishment. Their menu is simple but they have the best ingredients. Father and son tag team pizza making was an amazing sight to see. They will accommodate and customize any items on the menu to be cooked the way that you want them. The food quality was impeccable. I highly recommend this place. Food portions were optimal!

05/01/2026: Nice and quiet place because it's not in the center of Grottaglie. I personally appreciate the patio, which was kept clean and heated (obviously, in December you need to bring an extra layer, as it can feel chilly). The pizzas with original toppings are absolutely delicious and easy to digest, which does justice to the prices because the ingredients are high-quality, the pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven, and the creativity is a real highlight. This is also evident in the way the pizzas are presented, like sushi rolls. It's a shame that we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza. Also, one person at my table has a very strict diet due to medical reasons, so when ordering, he asked for many changes. These were accepted by the waitress who placed the order, but I could see she was a bit annoyed.
