Pizzeria Fornata is hands down a 10/10! The pizza is incredible—perfectly thin crust, fresh toppings, and that unmistakable wood-fired flavor. The staff is friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I heard they’re renovating the dining area next year, and I’m already excited to see how they make it even better. This place just keeps raising the bar! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food in Longiaru - local specialities and Pizza. Everything is well done, Burger week was great, Uovo ‘CBT’, Calamarata w Calamari, Risotto w scallops, and local favs Cajinci! Also, the best service in the whole area - Sylvia and Martina are fluent in Ladin, German, Italian, English. The home made desserts (gelato, chocolate cakes) are the best! “Sgroppino” was awesome - highly recommend after a good meal here.

Wow, I was amazed by this place. It was the first time in the Dolomites that I had a nice dinner (Italian). The pizza and gnocchi were delicious. I did not expect to find such a restaurant, especially in mid-October, when most places are closed. I’d definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

26/01/2025: 01/20/2025 . A mountain hut in a beautiful location with a wonderful view. Good food and current prices with the location. A break from skiing and always a nice spot for relaxation
10/01/2025: Be happy again and again for years! Friendly, fast service and delicious food in a nice atmosphere. Here you can still find the typical South Tyrolean hospitality! We are already looking forward to next year!

03/01/2025: A dream culinary experience. Each dish was prepared with love and passion for cooking. The tartare was very original, accompanied by a vast variety of condiments that allowed us to make it to our liking. Exceptional homemade pasta and the second courses the meat melted in your mouth.. I love to eat, but above all to eat VERY well, I will come back here again and I want to highly recommend it. If you eat well in a restaurant but the service is rude, everyone will no longer want to go back but the good thing is that here the service was as excellent as the food. Two figures of incredible friendliness, who added a good flavor to an already delicious evening. Thanks and see you very soon!
29/12/2024: Sublime experience: local and first choice ingredients, there were two of us vegetarians/vegans and we found various excellent options. Furthermore, we recommend this place for the kindness and preparation of Anna, who carefully recommended dishes and wine to pair with us. Absolutely an unforgettable stop, see you soon!
