Bar Pirandello In Taormina

This (historic) bar in Taormina; family-run; does not present itself with sumptuous furnishings; nor will you find large spaces for parking; but once you enter all this will simply be irrelevant. On the contrary, you will find the real Sicilian brioche; combined with the real lemon granita; you will find the traditional wonderful mignon pastry; you will find first courses made as you would make them at home; you will find low and regular costs; and you will find that kindness and courtesy of the owner; which is typical, and intrinsic to us: true Sicilians.

Kind and polite staff, pleasant aperitif, genuine and traditional Sicilian food. I recommend it.

Satisfied... nothing else to say.

Taormina bar with seating inside and some outside with street view. Very good granitas, recommended. We will be back to try the ice creams. Friendly service.

We sat in by accident and went back twice more for the delicious spinach arancini, tiramisu, Aperol Spitz and most of all for Marta, who has such a big heart. ❤️ Thank you for everything! Attila only got some of the cookies you packed for me at home. Hug ❤️😎

I had ice cream for the second day in a row so the opinion can only be positive. If you immediately understand what it is from the taste, it means that it is good and artisanal. I want to point out the particular friendliness of the boy who served me and recommended the table where I should sit so as not to be bothered by the sun. They seem like small things but they are not considering the coldness and superficiality with which most of the time we are served.

We only ate ice cream and I can only write about it, it was really good, very tasty, so I recommend it and at normal prices of 3€ for a medium size, which is rare in this city
