We happened upon "Bar per caso" by chance. The pizza was special, and the service exceeded our expectations for equally excellent off-menu dishes.

On a Sunday, returning from the Varano trail, about 5-6 kilometers away, and craving just a simple sandwich, I stopped by chance at this place that bears the sign of a pizzoteca. I had a delicious sandwich with prosciutto and smoked scamorza.
Despite its simplicity, it was excellent and made with excellent ingredients. It's worth noting that the bread is made right there in their own pizza oven, and the prosciutto is also high-quality. I also drank a draft beer, expertly poured (not always easy to find).
I didn't eat the pizza, but the ones I saw being baked looked inviting.
The atmosphere is also unique and original; it feels like walking into a bar from the 80s or 90s.
Finally, before paying, I exchanged a few words with the owner, who is a friendly and welcoming person.
I'm not used to writing reviews for places I frequent or pass by on my way, but this one won me over with a simple sandwich, so I'd like to recommend it to anyone passing through, especially motorcyclists who want a quick bite without gorging themselves.
Be careful not to get confused, because there's another restaurant practically next door, so much so that it looks like one. The one in question is the one on the far right.

We were cycling with friends in the surrounding hills, and stopped at this place by chance. We had a delicious pan pizza and excellent focaccia with prosciutto.
The owner is friendly and approachable.
Excellent value for money.

We came here by chance.... Excellent surprise! For an aperitif, an Americano that was a bit old, I hadn't found it so balanced... Then we moved on to the pizza... well, I tried the pan-fried one with 72 hours of leavening... truly excellent. The owners are friendly. Congratulations, unfortunately no photos... But I guarantee it's absolutely worth trying.

What a lovely pizzeria and super sweet people. We had delicious pizzas, and the homemade tiramisu is amazing! They even gave us a nice magnet as a gift!
