05/11/2024: The real Japanese restaurant tried in Turin. High quality raw materials and delicious dishes with attention to the smallest details. Unlike the all you can eat restaurants where I will never go again given the constant recent disappointments, you leave here satisfied without the slightest regret of every euro spent. I ordered the tasting menu with sashimi, ravioli roll and a second course, what can I say, an explosion of pleasure in everything! Large selection of very good sake. The only thing I can't recommend are the desserts, matcha tea tiramisu tasted like parmesan (literally), mochi and panna cotta nothing special
