Bar Pasticceria Spinetti In Follonica

I'm writing this review in response to a review I felt was unfair a few hours ago. I was present at Bar Spinetti when a German customer complained about an egg and how it was cooked, which he claimed was poorly cooked. I won't go into the merits of the dish, but I'd like to point out that the customer presented himself at the counter in a rather rude and unpleasant manner. Despite this, the bar staff reacted with extreme kindness and politeness, apologizing and offering to remake the dish without any problem. The customer refused, and they, with great fairness, waived the charge. For this reason, the single star awarded doesn't do it justice; in fact, it's truly unfair. Their behavior deserves at least 10 stars, both for the incident in question and for the attention and courtesy they always show their customers.

Excellent breakfast in Follonica, well-stocked dessert bar. Special mention for the brioches, and the bomboloni were even better at the bakery of the same name (we don't know if they're under the same management). Special mention: very dog-friendly; my Doberman was welcomed and received cuddles and biscuits 🐾🩷

Excellent place for breakfast. We stopped by a few days ago and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The croissants and doughnuts are very good.

Fantastic breakfast, as well as coffee, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit! Very good value for money.

Ci siamo fermati a fare colazione in questo locale di passaggio a Follonica. Non posso che ribadire quanto già scritto nelle recensioni precedenti. Tutto molto buono sia la parte dolce con cornetti vuoti e ripieni di alta qualità e la parte salata con focacce e pizze ottime. Anche il latte macchiato e il cappuccino erano top. Completano il giudizio positivo sulla struttura la gentilezza e la cordialità dei titolari e il rapporto qualità / prezzo molto conveniente.

When they say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The first day we got there but we weren't inspired so we left without going in. Then we decided to try going in. Lots of variety of croissants, all very inviting and make you want to eat them. Inside the place is very nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a small outdoor terrace but we recommend eating inside. To date the best place for breakfast.
