I was out and about, in the Borgo Ognissanti area of ​​Florence, on some errands and having a certain sweet afternoon peckish feeling, finding myself near this historic pastry shop, I decided to stop and go in. Once inside, looking at the dessert counter, my gaze fell on a millefeuille, visually very, very inviting. I thought I had already tasted a good millefeuille, but I assure you that this one has no equal because it was really, really, really DELICIOUS!!! I would say that tasting it was a true sensorial experience, because it was beautiful to the eye and balanced on the palate. To this day, I think it's the best millefeuille I've ever eaten. I finished with a good coffee and complimented the owner, also reflecting on the fact that, if you think about it carefully, "you don't become a historic pastry shop by chance". Thank you so much for the delightful experience. If you are a greedy dessert lover, this is definitely the right place!
