We found this unassuming little pasticceria on route back to the station. The locals were queuing for fresh pizza straight from the oven. There was a good selection including vegetarian - you might have a small wait though. We had a couple of coffees as well for under €5.

Historic pizzeria in the city, the best pizza I've ever eaten, and the dessert is delicious too. Small but very welcoming place, fast and friendly staff.

01/01/2025: It makes no sense to eat in the center when you have this restaurant with really good dishes and excellent value for money. In the center we spent the same amount we spent this evening to eat a cold cuts platter. While this evening in this restaurant we tried the truly special tortelli alla norcina, the mixed grill with mouth-licking lamb and Norcia lentils. What am I telling you to do? Thanks to the kind owner who made us feel at home, we will return without a shadow of a doubt and will recommend it to all our friends.
