28/08/2025: I went to the piadina shop at the Aura shopping center yesterday; I work there. I was greeted by a very kind man who listened to my needs, as I'm gluten and lactose intolerant. The piadina was excellent ;)

20/06/2025: I am a regular customer here now, we often come during the week for a break from work for lunch. Unlike many other Piadinerias of the same chain in Rome, here you can really feel the presence of the manager (Gabriele). In fact, the place is always clean, the piadinas are always prepared with care (and the rolls are very well filled) and - most importantly of all - all the collaborators are very kind. It is always a pleasure, I will continue to come here willingly. Edit June 2025: seeing the many negative reviews of the last few months, I briefly update mine: the store seems to suffer from a lack of organization or mismanagement from the upper levels (and a clear corporate strategy increasingly aimed only at profit). The guys on duty always seem overwhelmed with too much work and are unable to offer the service as they would like. However, they maintain a smile and kindness, despite having to fight with continuous operational problems (very slow POS, broken automatic cash registers, lack of ingredients, etc. etc.). What is most disturbing are the prices and portions. The former continue to rise incomprehensibly, and the latter instead to reduce more and more... Now with a roll of almost € 15 you still remain hungry - something simply absurd. If it continues like this we will definitely not come again (and I hear many people saying this). In fact we have often already gone to Dispensa Emilia for this very reason. All this, I repeat, is NOT the fault of the staff, in fact I continue to be amazed how they still manage to serve with a smile. Everyone is kind and hardworking, but truly unique (I would say legendary) is Eleonora - always nice and still makes portions "like they used to". Also Stella and Salvo are always very kind. I should lower the rating but I trust in a return to 5 star levels (especially the portions...)!
