Discovered by chance on a date with a dear friend. Very bright, large offer of sweet croissants, sandwiches and sandwiches. Friendly, quick and smiling staff. It has tables both inside and outside. It also offers the possibility of having lunch. The coffee was excellent and the brioche very very good.

The bar where I stop every morning to have breakfast was renovated a few weeks ago because not only do they have first choice and artisanally produced products, but above all the staff are kind, polite and always ready to satisfy customer requests.

Sono anni che io e la mia famiglia facciamo colazione in questo locale, hanno una varietà di lieviti per ogni gusto e palato, veramente ottimi. Una settimana fa, per un happy hour a casa, ho ordinato degli stuzzichini salati che sono risultati di ottimissima qualità e originali nelle varie forme: da piccoli panini coloratissimi a cornettini salati veramente gustosi, senza tralasciare tramezzini e tanto altro. Poi c'è Stefania, una dei titolari, veramente gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Andate e non vi pentirete. Roberta

26/01/2025: BED BUGS: I hate to write this review as I always try to settle issues privately (with the hotel manager), but I got zero response from hotel management despite several requests. I just finished a four day stay here. This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. That being said, I woke up one morning to a bug crawling across my sheets (I checked - it was a bed bug). I was leaving for the day and discreetly told the front desk staff. They said they will take care of it immediately. I asked that someone from the hotel call me as I was not returning until ~19:30. Nobody did. When I returned, I was told that the sheets had been changed. I was also offered a new room. I declined since I was leaving the next morning and didn't want to pack up yet. When I checked out the next morning, I paid my bill. I told the man that I really wanted some kind of compensation and was disappointed that I did not hear from a manager the day before. He said he would talk to his manager and that they would reach out. I told him that I don't want to have to share my experience publicly - he looked concerned and said he would hope that I would try to sort things out with the hotel directly first. Well, nobody contacted me that day either. I then sent an email with images of the bug and my itchy bite. That was 3 days ago - no response. So overall this is a good hotel, but it is disappointing that management did not take the bed bug issue seriously and just my request to talk to a manager. I expect more from any hotel, especially one that bills itself as a five star one.

05/01/2025: A very enjoyable evening. From the moment we walked in. We were met with a welcome smile and taken to our table. Food was incredible. White truffle carbonara highly recommend. The owner took time to explain all our dishes which was a nice touch. 5 stars all round
05/01/2025: TOO MUCH MONEY for a completely mediocre dinner. Sorry, because we looked for this restaurant on the advice of family members, but we found ourselves in a place that was decidedly subdued compared to the demands of the menu. ENVIRONMENT Cold in a kitsch and characterless place. A mixture of dissonant and faux-luxurious elements that meet writings on the walls, industrial lamps, satin napkins and fake prints of people from the cinema. A consultation on design and furnishings wouldn't have gone amiss. FOOD Sufficient but extremely expensive for the final quality. Good pastas and sauces, anonymous starters. Sweets with an inexplicable price due to the lack of creativity. There is no offer of wine by the glass: a white or a red and you'll stick. SERVICE A disaster: two foreign guys who barely spoke Italian. One of the two, probably responsible for the room, a certain Mario, was not able to explain to us the foods and wines served and often responded disdainfully to our questions about the menu (e.g. "What is Sofia Loren pesto?" - " well, it's a pesto! With anchovies!"). Ridiculous choices of mise en place: the kids bring you the pasta covered by an (ugly) cloche without knowing how to handle it. €3.50 cover charge FOR WHAT, I would like to know. Plastic tables, no tablecloth or placemat, bread OFF THE MENU, what the hell am I paying for exactly? A cover charge of €1.50 would be fair. Oh and the menu is a mess, too much stuff and difficult to decipher. The idea of ​​bringing tastings of pasta from friends is NICE. The problem with this place is the size. It should all cost €4 less.
