The restaurant's philosophy is to respect tradition, both in the quality of the products and the cooking method. Everything revolves around the oven, which stays in operation for a long time. I haven't tried the meat, but that seems to be very good, too. Reservations are not allowed. Those who arrive late get a bad night's sleep, either because there's no room, or because some dishes are sold out.

17/06/2026: Authentic food, the same as always, no gimmicks or modern displays... Delicious, simple dishes, Cilento-Campania cuisine served in a wood-fired oven. If you're in the area, you absolutely must try the family-run restaurant's specialties at least once.
