My favorite café in Florence Novoli! An alternative place, with organic products and, above all, a spectacular vegan offering: their vegan brioches (even sugar-free) are fabulous, and you can fill them with vegan hazelnut spread (something unique). The owners are truly kind and helpful; it's always a pleasure to have breakfast at Opera. They have soy cappuccinos as well as other plant-based drinks, and you can also request a coffee alternative, Yannoh (I haven't seen it in any other café). Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I ate here last night after missing my flight due to misinformation at the airport. I wanted organic food, it was organic, and the way I cook. The chef was super, super nice. 😘🤗 I was even able to take pastries for breakfast the next day because I didn't want to risk my flight again. But I often eat organic croissants the next day. They're still delicious, as proven 😋 Best regards to the nice chef! 😊

As an occasional customer, I can only compliment Opera83! Organic cuisine is a true triumph of freshness and quality, and each dish is a discovery of flavours. Among the dishes to try, the natural dish is an authentic delight: composed of chicken, basmati rice and vegetables, it represents a perfect balance between authenticity and flavour. An absolute must is the mandarin cheesecake: creamy, delicate and with a unique flavor that leaves its mark. The staff is another strong point, always available, attentive and of a rare kindness. The passion and attention to every detail is evident. Highly recommended for those who love good food and a warm welcome!

Sin. The business idea is good, as is the commitment, the research, the care, the location, it's all there. Only the quality/price ratio is missing. Over time, prices have skyrocketed, but not accompanied by growth in quantity and quality. A work break becomes a luxury when it is a necessity. To give an example: poke which lacks edamame and avocado is just rice, salmon and chickpeas (the missing ingredients are listed on the menu, but are not on the plate). In the center of Florence for the same price there are 2 proteins and the possibility of adding 3 or 4 vegetables, including edamame and avocado. But there the fixed costs are very different (they are in the sector). The quantities are higher elsewhere. Water filtered at 1.30 is scam. Then for goodness sake, I agree that we must make profit, but people are not totally dumb.
