The food is really delicious! I had vegan parmigiana, and my friends had salmon gnocchi and spaghetti Bolognese. Everything was amazing.

My favorite café in Florence Novoli! An alternative place, with organic products and, above all, a spectacular vegan offering: their vegan brioches (even sugar-free) are fabulous, and you can fill them with vegan hazelnut spread (something unique). The owners are truly kind and helpful; it's always a pleasure to have breakfast at Opera. They have soy cappuccinos as well as other plant-based drinks, and you can also request a coffee alternative, Yannoh (I haven't seen it in any other café). Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I ate here last night after missing my flight due to misinformation at the airport. I wanted organic food, it was organic, and the way I cook. The chef was super, super nice. 😘🤗 I was even able to take pastries for breakfast the next day because I didn't want to risk my flight again. But I often eat organic croissants the next day. They're still delicious, as proven 😋 Best regards to the nice chef! 😊

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary, and I have to say, everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a breathtaking panorama! Refined, top-quality cuisine. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. At the end of the dinner, they brought us pastries with "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated! It's not an "everyday" restaurant, but it's definitely one of those places I recommend trying at least once in your life!

08/09/2025: Absolutely perfect restaurant for anyone looking for an Italian muslim friendly place. We had halal italian food halal drinks, everything was perfect. They even have accomodaitons for offering your salah downstairs. The waiters were excellent, super friendly and attentive. They even gave us a free coffee after we had already paid. May Allah reward them. Whether you are muslim or non-muslim, you will love this restaurant. I wish this place would become more popular. If you are Muslim visiting Florence, make sure to eat here! May Allah bless this place and its staff! Salam!
07/09/2025: Naan looked like my shoe sole just way thicker than my shoe sole. That's not how the naan should look or taste like. Curry was watery. Unfortunately, overpriced for the quality they serve.
