The best carbonara you can eat in the area, traditional Roman and non-Roman dishes, at the top and in any case everything excellent... including the service, the courtesy of the staff and the prices... 4 stars for the environment only for the slightly narrow spaces... but in a place in a historic center it's normal. I highly recommend it!

16/02/2025: We were there for Valentine's Day, SPA plus dinner. Everything was beautiful, especially the dinner, which was really excellent. We'll be back!!!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!
25/01/2025: This is the second time we've gone and the experience is ultra positive every time. Special attention is always given to gluten-free. I recommend it both for the rooms, the restaurant, the spa and all the staff. See you soon!
