The best carbonara you can eat in the area, traditional Roman and non-Roman dishes, at the top and in any case everything excellent... including the service, the courtesy of the staff and the prices... 4 stars for the environment only for the slightly narrow spaces... but in a place in a historic center it's normal. I highly recommend it!

17/08/2024: Cucina casareccia artosticini buonissimi e crema fritta!!!Primi eccezionali! Non c è stata una cosa che non ci sia piaciuta! Siamo andati l’anno scorso a fine luglio e abbiamo provato diverse pietanze dai primi fatti in casa ai secondi di carne buonissima !

22/02/2025: Our stay began with a super relaxing SPA, then continued with an EXCEPTIONAL dinner, super helpful, courteous and welcoming staff. Very good food, quality and abundant. The room we stayed in has minimal and refined furnishings, the right balance. I'm sure that tomorrow's breakfast will be no less. For those looking for a relaxing evening, the Appennino restaurant is highly recommended!
16/02/2025: We were there for Valentine's Day, SPA plus dinner. Everything was beautiful, especially the dinner, which was really excellent. We'll be back!!!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!
