Bar Nurzia In Roma

A hidden gem in Rome's Villa Spada neighborhood. This neighborhood bar with surprising cuisine lies right where you'd least expect it. Thanks to the chef, who, according to recent reports, seems to have moved on... a shame. It's not every day you get to eat "restaurant-style" food in what isn't even a trattoria, with a spartan atmosphere to say the least, and a decidedly unfortunate location (you either go there on purpose or you never get there). Give it a try; it's definitely worth a visit.
