A beautiful cafe in Via Urbana, in the famous Monti neighborhood. Excellent coffee, extremely nicely decorated ambiance, very friendly staff. I come here often and everything is always great!

Tucked away on Via Urbana, one of the most charming streets in Rome’s Monti district, Bar Monti is a gem worth discovering. I stopped in for a latte macchiato and the prosciutto with mozzarella—both were excellent. The latte was smooth and perfectly layered, and the mozzarella was fresh and creamy, beautifully paired with delicate slices of prosciutto. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, and I loved the laid-back vibe of the street outside.

Ottima colazione, con ampia scelta, noi abbiamo mangiato dei cornetti deliziosi con un ottimo cappuccino. Quartiere molto tranquillo a pochi metri dalla metro Cavour, comodo a tutto. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Prezzo adeguato, consigliato!!!

Colazione ottima con brioches buonissime e fresche. Buona anche la colazione salata e la spremuta. Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono avere un buon risveglio ed una partenza di giornata alla grande. Personale molto simpatico e cordiale!

13/07/2025: We went there without any recommendations, but it was a great choice. We had the lasagna menu, which was delicious. And my son had pizza, which was also very, very tasty. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us. If we return to the Vatican, we'll eat there!
