18/10/2024: I've been getting pizza at Carpe Diem for many years now and I think it's finally time to leave a review.
The pizzas at this place, exclusively for takeaway, are spectacular. Flavors and varieties never seen in other pizzerias, delicious and generous ingredients, variety of flours and doughs. The price may seem high, but these pizzas are so large and filling that they are filling, and it's difficult to eat them all at once. I, who prefer special pizzas with many ingredients, always have lunch ready for the next day (by heating it in an electric oven).
I read in other reviews about delays and pizzas arriving cold at home, but you have to understand that it's a small team in a tiny place, and the orders they receive are really many...
So I personally always collect the pizza (or have it delivered if I'm too tired) a little later than peak time (and usually during the week), which has honestly always guaranteed punctuality and pizzas. nice warm.
The ingredients to be added after cooking are delivered in a tray so that they do not get cooked during transport.
The mixed chips were supposed to be 2 portions but they fed 4 of us 🤣
I've only tried the fried seafood once, which was also very good and plentiful, but I really think I'll have to try it again to make sure it has remained the same or even improved 😋
In short... Well done guys, keep up the good work.
The only real flaw, but it's not Carpe Diem's fault, is that there isn't much parking.
15/09/2024: A laboratory of gastronomic inventions applied to his majesty, pizza.
Refined raw materials and a notable variety of doughs guarantee a product of the highest level. Also worth mentioning is the superb selection of fried foods and the free drink for each pizza!
Note of merit also for the staff, close-knit and always kind!
