Absolutely GIN TONIC! An enormous choice of gins, all high-level labels, ditto for the tonics, the not at all obvious combination of the two elements together with spices and fragrances with Henry's mastery and empathy make for a gin and tonic experience that is absolutely worth trying.

Guys, this bar saved my evening. I am a celiac girl, who looks for places where there are gluten-free foods. One evening I couldn't find anything to eat and I was looking for some cured meats, so I started wandering around the shops and finally entered this bar, the staff was super friendly and polite, they prepared a nice platter of cured meats and cheeses for me, I was really happy, yes he really saw the desire to prepare it. Really good, good ;)
