I went to refresh myself after blood tests done nearby and found the food enjoyable. I was then sad to witness a less than elegant conversation between another customer and the staff.

Breakfast was so-so Cappuccino and coffee were good Croissant and shortcrust pastry were discount store fare, maybe worse Service? The waitress took away my ☕️ cup before I finished my cappuccino. I should have looked at the other reviews before going in; they're all fair. Be self-critical instead of responding rudely to everyone!!!

Every time, I'm amazed by the quality of the food: everything is carefully crafted, from the consistently fresh ingredients to the attentive and friendly service. The brioches are truly excellent, fragrant and filled to perfection, perfect for starting the day. Lunch is also always top-notch, with tasty and well-prepared dishes, all at a truly excellent value. Plus, the staff is always welcoming and smiling: a touch of humanity that makes all the difference. I highly recommend Bar San Massimo to anyone looking for a place to feel good and enjoy a truly delicious meal.
