Sometimes I wonder.... but to "create" such heavenly sweet arancine and panelle (I can't find any other adjective that can describe the goodness) is it the influence of the nearby Cathedral or the skill of the staff in the kitchen??? Not to mention the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the counter. Bar Morocco top!!!!

As soon as we arrived in Palermo, recommended by our host, we had breakfast.
Brioche with the cap filled with coffee ice cream, fantastic cold and hot cassata.
Very courteous staff. In front of the cathedral.

We went late in the morning and the supply was still at full capacity, lots of people coming and going and this testifies to the quality of both the products and the service! I recommend the baked and fried Iris, soft and very filling! Excellent

Coffee tastes good. But if you order coffee with milk such as cappuccino, latte, or hot chocolate, it won't be very hot, probably because of the milk. Just in case, we like roasted coffee, not warm. Delicious dessert, can't remember the name Pistachio croissants are fragrant and delicious. Importantly, the shop is in front of Palermo Cathedral, so I can sit and rest my legs, talk with friends, and watch people. Today the weather is nice, not hot or cold. Sit comfortably. The staff are good service and friendly. I like it.

Bar di fronte alla cattedrale che offre tantissime bontà.
Noi abbiamo optato per provare il dolce che ancora ci mancava: l'Iris.
Abbiamo deciso di optare per la versione più light cioè quella al forno invece che fritta.
Ed è stato un colpo di fulmine!!
