I had a great experience at Bar Marocco in Palermo. They didn’t have the usual chocolate iris, so the staff suggested trying the ricotta and chocolate iris instead—and it was absolutely the best! Honestly, even better than the classic chocolate version. The brioche was also really good: fresh, soft and perfect for breakfast. The place has a nice view, and the staff were very friendly and communicative, making the visit even more enjoyable.

A wonderful place! Overlooking the cathedral, in the heart of Palermo. Friendly service, delicious food, and delicious coffee! Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: The food is good, but if you want pizza, go to a pizza chef, and if you want German food, go to Germany. The fish and pasta are good here, and the prices are good.
26/10/2025: Karaoke in the pizzeria. "Okay" might be a bit of an exaggeration, but we came for the pizza, not to judge the singing skills of a motley crew of revelers. Coziness at its finest, and the beer left us wanting more. While one pizza, in our opinion, was served a little too soggy (it could easily have been enjoyed with a straw), the other had cheese that hadn't melted and was therefore not very tasty. This was our first impression of this place, and while it was just a snapshot, it wasn't a good one.
