We stopped for a quick coffee after lunch. We were welcomed with kindness and smiles and it was not at all obvious even though we only had 2 coffees. We sat on the external veranda and it felt really good.

Since the management has changed we are less likely to go there. Bathroom got much worse. Everyone takes food with their hands. Still, it's good.

It's worth getting here by bike from the Cavallino/Jesolo locks... Along the wonderful cycle path... Sun, morning breeze and relaxation... And you arrive here where the polona awaits you, which is a brioche😅 to be stuffed to your liking.. I have cream and berry jam.. cappuccino which is amazing and very kind staff. A good morning that starts from these assumptions is always a good day! 😎 I returned again this year with the management changed.... I CONFIRM EVERYTHING!!! VERY KIND STAFF, TOP BREAKFAST! FANTASTIC SANDWICHES!!! A CERTAINTY!....

01/01/2025: The location is great. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh. The room was spacious. The air conditioning didn't really work as it should. Unfortunately the bathroom was pretty moldy… Otherwise the hotel would be very good for its category.
01/01/2025: Excellent structure, cleanliness, kindness and attentive staff. Comfortable rooms furnished with care. The location is perfect for going anywhere in Venice both on foot and with the vaporettos which are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The attached restaurant, although third-party managed, offers a 15% discount for high quality dishes. We will definitely be back.

05/01/2025: Excellent risotto Cozy environment Friendly and efficient service
31/12/2024: Very good for people who have gluten intolerance as there is very good labeling. All pizzas are also GF possible, and there is also a large selection of other GF dishes and desserts, even GF beer The pizzas tasted excellent, even those for non-allergy sufferers. I cannot judge whether there are risks of contamination.
