Always good! Ideal for a coffee or a drink during the day, but also for a wonderful evening! Excellent, attentive service! The food (grilled vegetables & pasta with swordfish) was delicious and authentic Aeolian cuisine! Good quality - great value for money! 🙌🏻 It's great that you exist... A local bar that offers good food with a real atmosphere in the heart of the town! 🫶🏻

Torno con piacere in questo locale a Malfa, sull'isola di Salina, e ogni volta è una conferma! Questa volta ho avuto il piacere di gustare degli scialatielli con gamberi rossi e pistacchio davvero eccezionali, profumati e molto equilibrati. Gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare, poi, erano semplicemente perfetti: il sapore del mare in ogni boccone. A sorprendermi è stata anche una pasta con ricotta infornata e peperoncino: cremosa, saporita, con un tocco piccante equilibrato che la rendeva irresistibile. Una combinazione semplice ma vincente, che dimostra la cura e la passione dello chef per la cucina del territorio. Già conoscevo il locale per i cocktail ben fatti e il gelato cremosissimo, ma questa esperienza mi ha davvero colpito anche dal punto di vista gastronomico. Considerando i prezzi alti di Salina, posso dire che questo posto è stata una vera scoperta, in particolare per la qualità altissima delle materie prime. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca sapori autentici, accoglienza e qualità. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

This time, I had the pleasure of tasting the truly exceptional scialatielli with red shrimp and pistachios, fragrant and beautifully balanced. The seafood spaghetti was simply perfect: the flavor of the sea in every bite. I was also surprised by the pasta with baked ricotta and chili pepper: creamy, flavorful, with a balanced spicy touch that made it irresistible. A simple yet winning combination, demonstrating the chef's care and passion for local cuisine. I already knew the restaurant for its well-crafted cocktails and creamy gelato, but this experience also truly impressed me from a gastronomic perspective. Considering the high prices in Salina, I can say that this place was a real discovery, especially for the high quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic flavors, a warm welcome, and quality. I will definitely be back!

Incontrare un sorriso cortese e un po' di autentica umanità fa la differenza, come fa la differenza poter dire " buono questo semplice e autentico pesce spada!... vi sembra poco? In un mondo artefatto dove troppo spesso si chiede tanto e si offre poco...poco non è! Lo consiglio!

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I recommend the biscuits with hazelnuts and chocolate chips for which we returned several times.
