21/11/2025: Much to my delight, as a celiac, I was able to enjoy a fantastic risotto, gluten-free tortellini, and a delicious tagliata, as well as ice cream. I'm thrilled to finally be able to eat a complete dinner with good ingredients, considering my condition. CONGRATULATIONS!
