03/05/2025: I'm not exaggerating when I say that I ate the best brioche of my life here! Freshly baked, hot, with a fragrance that makes your mouth water just by smelling it. The pasta was very soft, soft as a cloud, and the filling... plentiful, creamy and delicious, to the point that every bite was a true explosion of flavour. Finally a brioche where the cream is not just hinted at but the real protagonist! The coffee was also excellent, served with courtesy and attention. A place to start the day with a smile: welcoming environment, friendly staff and very high quality. Highly recommended for those who like to start the morning with gusto!
