Bar Lanza In Firenze

The pastry shop is excellent and historic. The few stars are for a reason: The only flaw is the prices. It feels like you're in the center of Florence, in front of the Duomo. I don't think the location justifies them. What a shame!

At the Marcello bar the staff is very kind.

A good place for breakfast in the area, certainly not the cheapest and with smaller-than-average portions. However, I have to admit that the quality is truly excellent for breakfast.

Pleasant and very clean place... well done. It's a shame about the welcome from the lady who looks you over in a less than courteous manner and doesn't even give you a smile; she even seemed a little annoyed. I found the desserts awful... this is my opinion and I don't mean to offend anyone's work with this... but a review is nothing more than the expression of a very personal opinion!

…I understand that sometimes we have problems at home or we don't wake up in the right mood... but people who work with the public must always be courteous, and maybe it would be nice to smile at customers every now and then! Every time I come to your office, this lady employee of yours never smiles, is NEVER kind, and is always rude... Today I repeated good morning four times and never received a response. Every time it was like that, and not to mention the rest... She could take a cue from the other dark-haired guy whose name I don't know, but who every time people come in is always cheerful and very kind, and that's how a person who works with the public should be.
