…I understand that sometimes we have problems at home or we don't wake up in the right mood... but people who work with the public must always be courteous, and maybe it would be nice to smile at customers every now and then! Every time I come to your office, this lady employee of yours never smiles, is NEVER kind, and is always rude... Today I repeated good morning four times and never received a response. Every time it was like that, and not to mention the rest... She could take a cue from the other dark-haired guy whose name I don't know, but who every time people come in is always cheerful and very kind, and that's how a person who works with the public should be. A neighborhood pastry shop, delicious puff pastry, and a convenient coffee shop. But what I love most is the atmosphere: the staff are always smiling and relaxed, and there's no rush, no cluttering of cups, and no shouting of baristas. A chilled-out spot for Saturday morning breakfast ❤️
