I was pleasantly surprised by the restoration of this historic Impruneta establishment. Strategically located, it overlooks the large square in front of the basilica. A beautiful pergola offers shelter and tranquility. I haven't tried the restaurant, but if the quality and abundance match the pastry shop, I'll definitely try it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I can't answer for the dishes but the atmosphere is relaxed, the pergola very pleasant in warm weather and the view of the Impruneta square is appreciable. The dish of the day was democratic (but we didn't try it, we were there for the aperitif). An establishment clearly aimed at locals as a priority, family-friendly. In any case, if you're looking for a simple place to have a drink (simple, no big cocktails), it could be for you. Nice Spritz for 5€ - classic soft drinks for children (not organic therefore).

13/03/2026: It looks like any other sandwich, but I was surprised. They're incredible, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I recommend the classic burger with cheddar, pickles, bacon, onion, and burger sauce: delicious. Top staff
08/12/2025: Large sandwiches with many flavors, whether with meat, fish, or vegetarian. I'm so hungry, these are the best sandwiches for me. You can customize your sandwich by choosing ingredients like broccoli rabe, onion, etc., or by removing ingredients you don't like (like sausage, etc.), all truly delicious. All the staff are really kind and skilled, hard workers.
