The quality of the granita is truly top-notch, one of the best in the area. The brioche is also very good. I haven't had a chance to try anything else yet.

I ate a delicious almond granita with some friends.

The granita was good, but you can't afford to pay for a granita (water and sugar), and it costs €4 in a mini glass. The brioche with the granita inside was half-empty. The service needs improvement; a little kindness wouldn't hurt. If the customer reports a problem, it should be your responsibility to try to resolve it, not ignore it.

The ice cream was good, the granita with warm brioche was exceptional!

I often go to taste your granitas, there is a lot of waiting especially if you get the time wrong, but I feel good, compliments tonight to the blonde cashier, I hadn't seen her yet.... Good, friendly and kind, presence and friendliness are very important

Always crowded bar, you have to know the right times to enjoy breakfast without too many people! I find the quality of the chocolate, almond and coffee granita to be good (while I do not recommend the peach one - it tasted of nothing, perhaps because it was still too early - and the pistachio one). I also recommend the ice cream and the pizzas. The brioches are mediocre, but the lack of essences (excuse the pun) makes them easier to digest.

I was in this bar a few days ago to get ice cream, excellent ice cream. The only flaw was the waiting time to take the order, from the moment we sat down we waited half an hour to take the order, the guy who was supposed to take the order was tall, thin, shaved hair, I called him several times to take the order but we were literally avoided by this waiter. In the end I asked another waiter that we still had to order and he was very kind and called the colleague interested in that area to take the order, after we took the order he literally brought us the ice creams leaving them to us with great arrogance. I'm sorry that this bar has this waiter because I have to be very honest from breakfast, ice creams, granitas, hot food and aperitif everything was very good, even the rest of the staff were very kind apart from the waiter I mentioned

I am very disappointed by the attitude of the blonde woman at the cash register, there was a bit of confusion and I couldn't figure out how much a granita cost on the first try, the cashier was huffing and puffing and had a rude attitude and when I asked for the second time the price she turned to my friend and insulted me by saying "BUT THIS ONE CAN'T HEAR" and then also "BUT THIS ONE IS NOT VERY INTELLIGENT" obviously all this in dialect is offensive, for the rest everything is always excellent, the products are always excellent but be careful who you entrust with the task of managing the cash register (confusion and a lot of work do not justify rudeness)

Point of reference every time I visit Acireale exceptional granitas I recommend almond pistachio first and foremost. Excellent brioches excellent ice creams. The typical Sicilian hot table of excellent quality and reasonable prices. And then you can always find a seat every day.
