What a delight! We were here from Atlanta, Georgia (USA) and stayed just next door to Jolly for over 4 weeks. Every morning we popped into Jolly for a cappuccino and a pastry and were welcomed with an enthusiastic bongiorno from each of the owners. The coffee and pastries were delicious and we came away from this incredible city with such great memories of how we started each day at Jolly. Thank you Ricard and the rest of your family for making us feel so welcome!

Nice discovery, there is a very good atmosphere in this small old-fashioned Florentine bar 😍 I ordered a great classic of the traditional Italian aperitif: the negroni which was perfectly executed.. The staff is very welcoming and professional, finally the setting is excellent, I highly recommend 🤗👌🏻👍🏻

I went there twice this morning with my husband and I have to say that it is a small but welcoming bar. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and fast, despite the constant coming and going of people.. Excellent prices for being in Florence.. Very clean bathroom. We will return tomorrow.. It was our point of reference for these 2 days in Florence... Also because it was 2 steps away from the Hotel dei Guns!!!!!! ☺️ Delicious sandwiches and schiacciate!!!

Very good cappuccino and brioche. Super kind and helpful owners. Recommended also for the more than fair price despite the central location in the city. Excellent!

Villa Castiglione Hotel & Ristorante

25/11/2025: We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 1 boy, and 1 girl. The room was warm and spacious for 4 people, though both the room and bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. The food was good and varied, even for those of us who opted for half-board. The location is a bit isolated on a hill, about 15 minutes from Florence, but comfortable and relaxing enough for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. It must be a lovely place to stay in the summer or spring. The staff were friendly and discreet.
