Good desserts and croissants Table service a little lacking

Good pastry bar where we stopped for breakfast.

Excellent home-made pastry products. Staff quick in preparation. Very popular. Too bad for the location (very busy intersection) and for the presence of slot machines that fuel gambling and attract a less than recommendable clientele.

We had breakfast here every morning during our vacation, except on Wednesday, when the Pasticceria Café Janette is closed. Every morning I was greeted with a smile and my order was taken with great patience despite the hustle and bustle. On day three I was greeted in English when I entered the café. Large selection of sandwiches, cakes and sweet snacks, the coffee tastes excellent. If there wasn't a sandwich to our liking, it was prepared without further ado. Price-performance ratio is excellent, I can recommend it without reservation.
