Bar Italia In Giardini-naxos

08/08/2024: Nice hôtel, very well placed. Nice bar, nice pool, and rooms super cozy! Very closed tò the best Vulcano's beach. But, over all, let's thanks the waiters! All very nice, professional and kind: It really makes the difference! A special thanks to the south american guy, Antony if recall, that was really joyfull and kind! It was and amazing experience!

07/08/2024: Organizing and managing such a large structure is certainly not easy but you can't invent hoteliers. Upon arrival we were assigned rooms already occupied by other people. The pool is practically without controllers, even if the lifeguard tries every now and then. I ignore the fact that someone stole my Hawaiianas but there is a gate that allows passage from the beach to the pool absolutely unattended. So much so that a young Indian wearing bracelets and necklaces entered the "resort" and walked around undisturbed among the deckchairs to sell the objects he offered to customers inside the structure. Cleaning is without time and without organization. At 2.30pm on an August afternoon, after we left the room at 10am to allow the person who was tidying up along that corridor to have free access, after the lady had already come by at 2pm and with us inside she only managed to freshen up the bathroom, another employee entered the room with the service keys... without knocking. This means that there is no "calendar" or summary sheet of the cleaning round. I believe at this point the management that should coordinate and control the services is missing. It's a shame because the structure has great potential. I'll try again...at the next change of management. Aaa...I forgot the gem. The room is for disabled people. Very appreciable....but there is no telephone to communicate with the reception. I had to look up the number on Google and call from my cell phone.
