A very nice and quiet place, a shaded bar where there's always a light, pleasant breeze. Overall, I don't have many complaints, but the only thing that's been annoying since we've been coming here is the waiter. Every time we arrive, he rushes to take our order and bring us everything, and so far, everything's fine. The problem arises exactly 5 minutes into our meal.
As soon as he notices we're almost done, he takes everything off our table as if he's trying to kick us out. As someone who's worked in bars and restaurants, that's not good customer service, and I'd really expect much more from the waiter. I hope there are changes, because it's a shame to ruin the atmosphere and the reputation of the place by his inconvenience at having to clear away the table 5 minutes later.
UPDATE
After returning after several months, unfortunately, the situation hasn't changed at all; in fact, it's even gotten worse. While the waiter used to come and take our order, now the waitress completely ignores us despite our repeated requests to come and take our order (she walked between the tables, completely ignoring us, even verbally). The funny thing is that a little further away from us there was a group of men sitting down to eat, and all the waitresses were buzzing around them happily, bringing them everything they needed. I find this attitude toward customers disrespectful, and I REPEAT, I'm a waitress myself, and such an attitude is unprofessional and deserves attention from the owners. I can understand if it's a first experience and that this might cause some discomfort, but seeing her laughing and joking as she took orders at the other table and looking at us from afar, ignoring us, makes me think it wasn't inexperience, but rather a desire to perhaps get a tip from those gentlemen, and that she had therefore neglected the rest of the customers for them. We need to change some attitudes and ways of thinking honestly, because a job imposes duties and responsibilities that should not be ignored or neglected, giving them little weight; otherwise, it would no longer be called a job and one would risk appearing indifferent and rude.
