Everything was great, both in terms of food and service. It's a shame that you had to pass through the smoking area to get to your table. It's certainly not a discriminatory factor, and I'd return, but it might be a nuisance for non-smokers.

If you don't go in and go to the back left, you won't even see the restaurant. The atmosphere is very rustic, as is the service. The food is typically Versilian, with good tripe, uninspiring tordelli, decent beef fillet, and a variety of good vegetable sides. The house wine is decent, the fig jam tart is good, and the price is fair.

I love this place. The food is excellent, a bit of everything, in a rather naive atmosphere! An authentic Veregliese place!
